Introduction to Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication

Communication मानव जीवन का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है। व्यक्ति अपने विचारों, भावनाओं, सूचनाओं तथा अनुभवों को दूसरों तक पहुँचाने के लिए विभिन्न माध्यमों का उपयोग करता है। Communication मुख्य रूप से दो प्रकार का होता है – Verbal Communication तथा Non-Verbal Communication।

Verbal Communication में Words का उपयोग किया जाता है जबकि Non-Verbal Communication में Gestures, Facial Expressions, Body Language तथा Symbols का उपयोग किया जाता है। Effective Communication के लिए दोनों प्रकार के Communication का संतुलित उपयोग आवश्यक है।
