Ethics in Knowledge Management क्या है?

Ethics in Knowledge Management का अर्थ है knowledge के creation, storage, sharing और application में नैतिक (ethical) सिद्धांतों और मूल्यों का पालन करना। जब organizations knowledge assets के साथ deal करती हैं, तो transparency, fairness, respect और accountability जैसे ethics principles का पालन जरूरी हो जाता है।
